SEASON THREE APPLICATION INFORMATION:

If you think you have what it takes to OUTWIT, OUTPLAY, and OUTLAST on Survivor: Bush, then apply for our third season.

To apply:

1. Download the Application Document (HERE)

2. Fill the app out in Microsoft Word

3. Send your completed application to the following address: maijo33@gmail.com

4. Please include a picture of yourself with your application.

Because the season is filming soon, you will be notified on your acceptance onto the show very soon. REMEMBER, only apply if you will be able to participate over a 4-day weekend (Friday to Monday) and will be able to be in southeastern Louisiana. The season will be filmed at the end of May.
